职位描述

岗位职责: 1、负责相关业务场景的用户增长工作,通过精细化运营的方法(用户分群,a/b测试),持续优化用户转化效果(如注册、KYC、首充、首单交易等关键转化漏斗)和各生命周期用户的留存情况; 3、策划并落地如邀请返佣、交易挖矿活动、首次交易、首次入金等任务,提升用户ltv 4、紧密联动产研、市场、商务等团队,充分挖掘以及整合内外部资源,多手段共同达成业务目标; 5、通过热点监控(如新币上线、减半行情)制定短期增长爆点策略和数据分析,发现新的用户增长机会并上线可行的运营策略 Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for user growth in related business scenarios, through refined operation methods (user grouping, a/b testing), continuously optimize user conversion effects (such as registration, KYC, first charge, first transaction and other key conversion funnels) and user retention in each life cycle; 3. Plan and implement tasks such as invitation rebates, trading mining activities, first transactions, first deposits, etc. to improve user LTV 4. Closely link production and research, marketing, business and other teams, fully explore and integrate internal and external resources, and achieve business goals through multiple means; 5. Develop short-term growth explosion strategies and data analysis through hot spot monitoring (such as new coin launches, halving market), discover new user growth opportunities and launch feasible operation strategies

职位要求

工作要求: 1、英语能作为工作语言 2、有数字货币交易所、证券投资行业工作经验优先 3、本科及以上学历,逻辑清晰,对数据敏感,熟悉常见的数据分析方法 4、2年及以上用户增长工作经验,熟悉市场营销理论与方法,对用户增长、用户分层有清晰的方法和思路,熟悉AARRR模型,用户生命周期管理等运营工具和方法论。 Job requirements: 1. English can be used as a working language 2. Work experience in digital currency exchanges and securities investment industries is preferred 3. Bachelor degree or above, clear logic, sensitive to data, familiar with common data analysis methods 4. 2 years or more of user growth work experience, familiar with marketing theory and methods, clear methods and ideas for user growth and user stratification, familiar with AARRR model, user life cycle management and other operational tools and methodologies
