Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching successful fintech or infrastructure products Strong understanding of Solana, stablecoin mechanics, and blockchain-based financial flows Experience collaborating with engineers on complex backend and Web3 integrations Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills User-obsessed mindset with a sharp eye for simplifying complex workflows Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments with minimal direction Nice to have Background in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments Familiarity with global KYC/AML frameworks and cross-border regulatory considerations Experience working with institutional or SMB financial users Passion for crypto adoption through practical, compliant use cases
