- Creating memes and content (video, written) that feel native, funny, and aligned with what we’re building. - Own our Discord and maintain a thriving community that serves as a hub for developers and users. - Identify relevant external communities for cross-collabs, contests, activations. - Turn community insights into real feedback that gets shared internally with the rest of the team. - Being a face of Sunrise, someone our community knows, trusts, and wants to hear from. - Tracking community metrics and providing regular reports on community health and engagement. - Identifying and nurturing community champions and advocates. - Organizing virtual and in-person community events to drive deeper connections with the community.

职位要求

- You’ve built or grown large crypto communities before and know what it actually takes. - Experienced in managing online communities through Discord, X or similar platforms. - Ability to translate technical concepts into simple engaging content. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and using community management tools. - Self-starter who can prioritize and execute without constant oversight - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address community concerns. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have - Solid understanding of blockchain technology, distributed systems, Web3, and Sunrise concepts - Familiarity with Proof of Liquidity and DA Layers - Experience with community governance models - Event planning and management experience
