- 2-4 years of relevant design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Prior experience in FinTech, crypto, or DeFi design is a plus. - Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design, and an understanding of the technical limitations and challenges in designing for various devices. - Strong understanding of the complexities and security aspects of cryptocurrency and DeFi platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and their rationale to non-design stakeholders.
