职位要求

3+ years of combined Web3 and financial product experience with solid expertise in tokenomics; 3年以上Web3与金融产品复合经验，精通通证经济设计； Independently completed at least 2 web3 or DApp products (verified on the mainnet); 独立完成至少2个web3或DApp产品从无到有的全过程； Data-driven decision-making and extensive knowledge of the DePIN space; 具备数据驱动决策能力及DePIN赛道深度认知； Outstanding cross-department coordination and resource alignment abilities; 出色的跨部门协调能力，推动资源整合； Experience with AI computing products is a plus. 有AI算力产品经验者优先。
