Development Project Management - Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across smart contracts, backend, frontend, and UX for Affluent. - Lead sprints, standups, retrospectives, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. - Create and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and requirements documentation to support clear execution. - Write detailed specifications and define metrics to align cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with tech leads and other product managers to shape features, mitigate risks, and overcome development bottlenecks. DevRel & External Communication - Manage technical communication and documentation for external partners. - Draft and coordinate English-language partnership communications with a focus on technical clarity.
- Proven product management experience in Web3 projects. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders. - Clear and effective communicator in English, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with LLM tooling and productivity systems. Bonus - In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or governance systems. - Awareness of key players and trends in the Web3 space, especially within the TON ecosystem. - Exceptional English writing and speaking skills. - Experience as a founder or early team member in a 0-to-1 product environment.
