3+ years of experience in systems engineering, or infrastructure roles Proficient in Rust for high-performance applications Strong background in distributed systems design and benchmarking Experience with infrastructure as code tools and container orchestration Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC) Deep familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.) Super Bonus: HPC experience
