Coordinate with BD Team and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to design and implement channel-specific marketing and partnership campaigns aligned with business goals. Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition and engagement initiatives (e.g., trading competitions, rebate programs, referral incentives) to drive platform growth and retention. Collaborate with BD team to develop and maintain a KOL management database to track partnership effectiveness, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize collaboration strategies. Monitor channel behavior and potential fraudulent activities; implement risk control measures to ensure campaign cost efficiency and sustainability. Deliver data-driven performance reports on campaign effectiveness, user conversion, and partnership ROI, providing insights to optimize strategic direction and partnership models.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development (BD) operations or a related field. Proficiency in both verbal and written English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing and user acquisition funnel optimization is a plus.
