Risk Control (Risk & Compliance Product) - Design and optimize end-to-end CEX risk control strategies, including: - Deposit & withdrawal risk checks - KYC / KYB flow design and optimization - AML frameworks, risk tiering, user profiling - Abnormal trading behavior detection (arbitrage, API abuse, wash trading, bot patterns) - Fraud risk detection and mitigation - Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Risk Engineering to implement rule engines and monitoring systems. - Build dashboards to visualize risk events, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. 一、風控產品（Risk Control） - 建立、優化 CEX 全鏈路風控策略，包括： - 充值／提現風控 - KYC / KYB 流程 - 反洗錢（AML）策略、風險分層與用戶標籤 - 交易異常行為偵測（如套利、API 濫用、拼多單、刷量） - 欺詐風險監測（Fraud Detection） - 與法遵、合規、反洗錢、風控工程師協作，落地模型與風控規則引擎。 - 建立風控 Dashboard，提升風控事件可視化與決策效率。 2. User Growth (Growth Product) - Lead user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement strategies. - Apply AARRR frameworks to optimize user funnels. - Design growth features including: - Referral systems - Point/level systems - Badges, tasks, and gamified engagement - Rebate or reward-based activation mechanisms - Work with Marketing, BD, and Operations to run growth campaigns and measure outcomes. - Analyze key metrics (DAU, MAU, retention curves, conversion funnels) to drive product decisions. 二、用戶增長（Growth） - 設計平台增長策略：新用戶獲取、活躍提升、留存、回流。 - 主導 AARRR 模型（Acquisition / Activation / Retention / Revenue / Referral）的產品策略。 - 設計裂變活動、任務系統、激勵機制（Points、Level、Badge、返佣、邀請制度）。 - 基於數據（DAU、MAU、留存曲線、漏斗分析）優化產品決策。 - 與市場、BD、運營協作推動用戶增長專案落地。 3. Wealth / Earn Product Management - Own the roadmap for Earn / Savings / Staking / Fixed-Income products. - Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Compliance to design safe and sustainable yield models. - Ensure accurate interest calculation, product redemption processes, and on-chain/off-chain reconciliation. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle: - Ideation → Launch → Optimization → Risk review → Decommissioning - Ensure user asset safety, transparent yields, and smooth user experience. 三、理財 / Earn / 資產增值功能管理 - 負責交易所理財（Earn / Savings / Staking / Fixed Income）產品規劃。 - 與風控與財務團隊共同設計理財產品收益模型、風險控制與合規框架。 - 監督產品生命週期（上線、運營、風控、收益調整、下線）。 - 確保用戶資產安全、收益透明、體驗流暢。 - 與技術端協作確保資產計息、訂單撮合、收益發放準確無誤。 4. Product Planning & Cross-functional Collaboration - Draft detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and technical requirement documents. - Work closely with backend/frontend engineers, QA, and risk engineers to deliver high-quality releases. - Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear prioritization and timely execution. - Continuously iterate based on user feedback, data insights, and competitive analysis. 四、產品規劃與協作 - 撰寫完整 PRD、用戶故事、流程圖、風控規則與技術需求文檔。 - 與後端、前端、QA、風控工程師密切協作，確保產品準時落地。 - 規劃產品 Roadmap，負責專案節奏與進度追蹤。 - 基於用戶反饋與數據洞察，持續優化產品功能。
