1.Serve as the primary on-the-ground contact for New York–based institutional investors, analysts, and long-term funds, maintaining regular communication through in-person visits, calls, and meeting coordination. 2.Support the execution of the company’s fundraising initiatives, including investor targeting, roadshow scheduling, preparation of materials, and coordination of due-diligence information. 3.Assist with ongoing market value management, including monitoring market trends, peer performance, and investor feedback, and reporting capital-markets insights to the team. 4.Assist in preparing quarterly earnings communication materials, including the earnings script, investor deck, and investor Q&A documents. 5.Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, strategy, operations, etc.) to ensure all external disclosures are accurate, consistent, and compliant. 6.Provide support for basic IR operations—such as meeting scheduling, announcement coordination, and materials updating—while maintaining a primary focus on investor relationship management and fundraising support.
1.At least 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, equity research, or investor relations (buy side / sell side / listed-company IR / ECM experience all acceptable). 2.Strong understanding of basic financial analysis and valuation frameworks, with the ability to quickly learn the company’s compute-infrastructure, data-center, and HPC/AI-related business models (expertise not required). 3.Strong communication skills with investors and willingness to conduct in-person meetings and maintain close relationships with New York–based institutions. 4.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or business. 5.High sense of responsibility, strong execution capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced capital-markets environment. 6.Bilingual ability is preferred but not required; English is primary, with sufficient communication capability for coordination with headquarters management.
