8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, ecosystem, product, sales, or venture capital, ideally within crypto, Web3, or blockchain. Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 ecosystem, including market structure, key players, and current trends. Proven track record of executing complex projects and/or closing commercial or strategic deals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts. Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized technologies.
