Regional Business Development（Derivatives / Perpetual Futures） （区域合约 BD：土耳其 / 日本） 岗位职责 1.负责 土耳其 / 日本市场的永续合约（Perpetual Futures）业务拓展，制定并执行本地增长策略； 2.拓展并维护本地核心资源，包括 KOL、交易团队、代理（IB）、社区、做市商（MM）及渠道伙伴； 3.推动交易量增长，通过 代理体系、返佣机制、交易竞赛、激励活动等方式提升用户活跃与交易深度； 4.建立并运营本地社区（Telegram / Twitter / Discord 等），提升用户粘性与品牌影响力； 5.深入了解本地用户交易习惯及市场竞争格局，持续优化 BD 与增长策略； 6.与产品、市场团队协作，推动合约产品在本地市场的适配与优化； 7.代表公司参与本地行业活动、Meetup、线上 AMA 等，提升品牌曝光； Business Development Lead (Derivatives / Perpetual Futures) – Turkey / Japan Key Responsibilities 1.Lead the business development of Perpetual Futures (Derivatives) in the Turkey / Japan market, developing and executing localized growth strategies; 2.Identify, acquire, and manage key local partners, including KOLs, trading teams, IBs (affiliates), communities, market makers (MM), and channel partners; 3.Drive trading volume growth through affiliate programs, rebate structures, trading competitions, and incentive campaigns to improve user activity and liquidity depth; 4.Build and manage local communities (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, Discord), enhancing user engagement and brand presence; 5.Gain deep insights into local user behavior and competitive landscape, continuously optimizing BD and growth strategies; 6.Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to localize and optimize derivatives products for the target market; 7.Represent the company in local industry events, meetups, and online AMAs to increase brand awareness and credibility;
任职要求 1.3年以上 Crypto / 交易所 / 衍生品 BD 经验，有合约业务经验优先； 2.熟悉 永续合约（Perpetuals）及交易生态（KOL / IB / Trading Community）； 3.在 土耳其或日本市场有本地资源与落地经验（核心要求 ⭐）； 4.具备用户增长和交易量提升的实际案例（如带过交易量、做过活动等）； 5.具备优秀的商务拓展与谈判能力，能够独立推进合作； 6.语言要求： 土耳其方向：中文 + 土耳其语优先 日本方向：中文 +日语优先 7.自驱力强，结果导向，能够适应远程与高节奏工作环境； 加分项 有 交易所（CEX/DEX）或头部项目背景； 熟悉 代理（IB）体系 / KOL 带单 / 社区裂变玩法； 有从 0 到 1 搭建区域市场的经验； 在本地有较强影响力或个人品牌（Twitter / 社区）； 工作方式 全职远程（Remote），支持全球协作； 以线上为主，必要时参与本地线下活动； 我们最看重 是否真正做过交易量（Volume Driven） 是否有 本地资源（KOL / IB / 社区） 是否懂 Perp 玩法（返佣 / 代理 / 活动） Requirements 1.3+ years of experience in Crypto / Exchange / Derivatives business development, with prior experience in Perpetual Futures preferred; 2.Strong understanding of Perpetuals and the derivatives trading ecosystem (KOLs, IBs / affiliates, trading communities); 3.Local resources and go-to-market experience in Turkey or Japan (core requirement ⭐); 4.Proven track record in user growth and trading volume increase (e.g., successfully driving trading volume, organizing local campaigns or activities); 5.Excellent business development and negotiation skills, able to independently drive partnership execution; 6.Language requirements: Turkey: Chinese + Turkish preferred Japan: Chinese + Japanese preferred 7.Highly self-motivated and result-oriented, able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment; Nice to Have 1.Experience with exchanges (CEX/DEX) or leading projects; 2.Familiarity with affiliate (IB) systems, KOL-driven trading, or community growth mechanics; 3.Proven experience in building a regional market from scratch (0 → 1); 4.Strong local influence or personal brand (Twitter / community presence); Work Mode 1.Full-time remote position, supporting global collaboration; 2.Primarily online, with occasional local offline activities when required; What We Value Most ✅ Track record of driving actual trading volume (Volume Driven) ✅ Possession of local resources (KOLs, IBs, communities) ✅ Deep understanding of Perp mechanics (rebates, affiliates, campaigns)
