We are seeking a Business Development professional focused on overseas markets, responsible for driving partnerships and executing collaborations. The role centers on acquiring and managing Brokers, while working closely with operations and marketing to achieve user growth and trading conversion. You should have strong access to global Web3 communities and trading networks, and be capable of driving user acquisition. Responsibilities Broker Partnership Development & Management: Design and optimize Broker/IB programs, including revenue sharing, rebates, CPA models, tiered incentives, as well as risk control and compliance frameworks Leverage your industry network to directly engage top-tier global Brokers and trading community founders, driving fast conversion from sourcing to onboarding Build deep collaboration with partners beyond providing materials, co-creating trader-focused initiatives such as trading competitions, copy trading strategies, and trading review AMAs Manage and grow partner accounts and channels through monthly business reviews, commission reconciliation, compliance alignment, and retention and growth planning Community, KOL, and Trader BD: Develop partnerships with global Web3 trading communities, quant firms, institutions, prop trading groups, and KOLs, driving co-branded campaigns, AMAs, and trading competitions Serve as the BD interface for WeChat community matrices and Telegram/Discord partnerships, working closely with community and operations teams to execute initiatives Operations and Campaign Participation: Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the operations team, continuously analyzing what drives trading activity, such as order size thresholds, contract types, or trading competitions Use trader intuition and market understanding to guide campaign design and budget allocation Drive offline BD efforts by participating in major industry events such as TOKEN2049 and KBW, organizing side events, private trader meetups, and networking sessions to generate high-quality leads Regional Expansion (Phased): Take over and optimize existing channels, establishing SOPs and scalable growth funnels for Broker and community partnerships Build strong presence in English-speaking markets, developing local trader and community networks Expand into key regions such as Korea, establishing relationships with major event organizers (e.g., Korea Blockchain Week) and planning regional BD team expansion Data and Compliance: Build and maintain BD performance dashboards covering the full funnel: registration, deposit, trading, retention, ARPU, and LTV Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regional regulations and contract requirements, safeguarding business and brand integrity Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to efficiently respond to partner needs and operational challenges

Requirements: 1+ year experience in BD / partnerships / ecosystem growth (Web3, crypto exchange, brokerage, Broker/IB preferred) Strong access to global Web3 networks: Trading communities, KOLs, Brokers, institutions, or quant funds Solid understanding of trading systems: Derivatives, funding rates, slippage, liquidity, copy trading Strong negotiation and execution skills (end-to-end deal ownership) Data-driven mindset (ROI, attribution, growth metrics) Excellent cross-cultural communication & ability to work across time zones Fluent English (must) Open to frequent global travel Nice to Have: Existing BD or trader network in global markets Direct connections with major Web3 event organizers (KBW, TOKEN2049, ETHGlobal) Experience building/managing Broker/IB programs Experience with prop trading firms, market makers, or quant funds Proven experience in KOL campaigns (AMA, trading competitions, airdrops)
