Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations Prepare and record journal entries Record invoices and support the order-to-pay cycle Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP Support treasury activities as needed Assist in preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests Support system implementations and upgrades, including accounting and finance ERPs
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting/PCAOB experience preferred CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Experience supporting financial reporting and close cycles preferred Experience in SaaS, software, or financial services environments preferred Familiarity with IFRS, COSO, and SOX frameworks preferred Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with accounting/finance ERP systems preferred
