Deeply develop and maintain core resources such as local institutional clients, trading channels, leading communities, KOL/KOC, and industry partners, and build a localized cooperation ecosystem. 3. Lead the design of local market-specific cooperation policies, commissioning systems, joint operation plans, brand activities, and traffic conversion paths, and drive the full-cycle implementation and optimization of the cooperation projects. 4. Be responsible for the in-depth maintenance and value exploration of core partnerships, continuously enhancing the business retention, transaction contribution, and long-term cooperation stickiness of the partners. 5. Continuously monitor the local cryptocurrency market trends, competitor strategies, regulatory policy changes, and user demand preferences, and produce market insights and business optimization plans to support the company's strategic adjustments. 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, operation, compliance, and risk control to ensure the smooth and compliant implementation of the cooperation projects, and at the same time manage the compliance and operational risks in the business cooperation. 7. Proficiently familiar with the product system of cryptocurrency contracts, well-versed in the ecosystem, traffic channels, user profiles and industry resources of the Asian-Pacific crypto market. Those with mature local institutional, channel and KOL resources will be given priority. 3. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent skills in business negotiation, proposal writing, resource integration, and independent customer acquisition. Capable of independently leading the entire process of large-scale cooperation projects. 4. Goal-oriented, with extremely strong ability to withstand pressure, execution ability and market sensitivity, capable of effectively leading the team to achieve performance targets and responding to rapid changes in the market. 5. Proficient in the regulatory policies and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrencies in Taiwan, with an extremely strong awareness of risk management and professional ethics, capable of strictly controlling the compliance boundaries of business partnerships. 6. Possess excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, and be able to efficiently coordinate with all departments of the headquarters to facilitate the implementation of local business operations.
