- 7+ years of experience in software development. - 3+ years of experience as a software development management or lead. - 2+ years of experience working on a Web3 development team. - Technical knowledge of Ethereum and one or more smart contract programming languages (Solidity, Rust, Cairo, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative and remote team environment. Location All positions at OpenZeppelin are 100% remote, however you should be located between UTC-8 and UTC+3 to be considered for this position.
