Job Description

- Develop and execute daily content plans and engagement strategies for Twitter and Discord - Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations - Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including text, visuals, memes, polls, and announcements - Monitor key metrics and community sentiment; analyze performance and adapt strategy accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches - Organize and moderate AMA sessions, community calls, and other online events - Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure best practices

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience of marketing in Web2 or Web3 industry - Proven expertise in managing and growing communities on Twitter and Discord - Strong content creation skills with an understanding of different tones for various audience segments - Familiar with tools like TweetDeck, Discord bots/moderation tools, Notion, or similar - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
