Identify, monitor, and interpret emerging trends, narratives, and patterns within blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, providing strategic insights to guide asset allocation and operational decisions.
Bachelor's degree or above. Passion for DeFi and enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and tokenomics, with a particular emphasis on core DeFi concepts such as staking, bonding, lending, and liquidity provision (including Uniswap V2/V3 and similar LP mechanisms) and their strategic implications. Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets, distilling critical insights, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders. Proven experience in market research, data analytics, or strategy formulation within blockchain or financial sectors. Comprehensive knowledge of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, arbitrage strategies, and overall market dynamics, with a demonstrated understanding of liquidity-building processes and arbitrage opportunities.
