We’re hiring a Content Distribution & AI Ops Manager ("Content Wrangler") to take ownership of distributing our high-volume content across 12+ channels and multiple languages. You’ll be a self-starter with an Owner’s mindset—organizing, localizing, and publishing 2–4 pieces of content per day using AI tools and your sharp editorial instincts. You’ll manage content distribution across X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more—ensuring each drop hits the right tone, format, and community. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end content ops: calendar, formatting, localization, distribution Turn core updates into tailored content across 12+ channels (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more) Use AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Midjourney, etc.) to move fast Localize for key markets (ZH, RU, ES, etc.) Coordinate partner amplifications Track performance and continuously improve
Highly organized, super-efficient, great attention to detail: can manage high content velocity without dropping the ball Owner’s mindset: you take initiative, solve problems, and get things done Proven experience in social/content ops (crypto/Web3 a big plus) Strong with AI tools and community culture Excellent editor with multi-tone range Fluent English (Chinese a major plus)
