1. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assisting customers in solving problems; 2. Help customers solve business process problems in a timely manner, and when it comes to technical aspects, timely docking of research and development is required;

1. More than 1 year of customer service experience and understanding of customer service skills; 2. Able to communicate in Chinese and English without any barriers; 3. Familiar with using various social software, such as TG/FB/Twitter 4. Need local Chinese in Malaysia
