Growth & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategy for Glider.fi, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players, including protocols, DEXs, On and Offchain Data Providers, AI Agents, Wallets, and institutional partners. Lead Generation & Prioritization: Leverage existing networks and develop a structured pipeline to categorize and prioritize new leads based on strategic impact and feasibility. Community & Network Building: Actively foster relationships within the Web3 community, attending industry events, engaging in online discussions, and positioning Glider.fi as a leader in the space. Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with the Founder to provide feedback on market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for product iteration. Hands-On Execution: Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable impact on growth and adoption.
Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth roles, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or fintech. Network: A strong and relevant network within the crypto space, including key players in DeFi, liquidity providers, and institutional partners. Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to define and implement GTM strategies while being deeply involved in execution. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Experience in structuring and closing partnership deals, with a track record of successful collaborations. Passion for Crypto: Deep understanding of DeFi, trading, and on-chain finance, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of innovation. Startup Mentality: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a bias for action and autonomy.
