1. Plan and implement the relevant infrastructure changes, in an Agile manner, to operate mission critical business applications in both a production and non-production environments; 2. Plan and design brand new infrastructure that’s secure, scalable and caters for our mission critical business applications. 3. Maintain the availability of existing mission critical business applications; 4. Automate the provisioning of new accounts and environments through Infrastructure As Code (“IAC”) such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation; 5. Work with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure applications are secure and recovery plans are in place; 6. Develop and maintain deployment pipelines; 7. Be able to troubleshoot, identify, and remediate problems in a manner that minimizes downtime for our customers; 8. Implement monitoring, logging, and metric telemetry systems; 9. Write documentation revolving around the infrastructure.
1. 3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer; 2. 2+ years experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) 3. 2+ years experiencing designing, implementing and delivering infrastructure; 4. 2+ years experience with IAC (such as Terraform); 5. 1+ years experience with containerized applications (such as Docker) and their deployment (such as Kubernetes); 6. 1+ years experience with VCS such as git. 7. 1+ years experience with Substrate-based nodes. Preferred Qualifications 1. 1+ years experience following Agile development practices; 2. Valid AWS Architect Certification; 3. Ability to design and write scripts for task automation; 4. Experience with writing GitHub Action workflows. 5. Experience using the Rust language. 6. Experience implementing security testing; 7. Experience with the ISO 27001 certification process.
