1. Translate user insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes with Figma and other design tools 2. Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product optimization and improvements 3. Collaborate effectively Product Leads and Leadership team 4. Communicate the product’s vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs both verbally and visually 5. Stay up to date on trends and best practices in web3 design 6. Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented 7. Facilitate and drive cross-discipline collaboration 8. Execute UI design at both interaction and visual design level 9. Define and execute product branding elements in collaboration with design team and go-to-market team 10. Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, stakeholders and other teams members to deliver end-to-end product experiences 11. 1. 5+ years of professional experience as an UI/UX Designer 2. Working experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro/FigJam 3. Proven experience delivering concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc. 4. Strong passion for working in a start-up environment 5. A portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services, more importantly during the design process 6. Solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles 7. Understanding of design systems, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android and Web 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
