1. Support developer tooling and infrastructure objectives, incorporating feedback from integrating partners 2. Work with DeFi builders and institutional as they build on top of Econia, streamlining the integrations process 3. Create in-depth documentation and tutorials about Econia tooling and core protocol code, enabling integrators to get up to speed as fast as possible 4. Brainstorm future upgrades and versions of the Econia protocol with other members of the engineering team 5. Participate in hackathons where Econia Labs will be present, as well as other events/programs as needed, guiding builders to build on top of Econia
1. Effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence (cameras on during remote meetings) 2. Able to work on a fully-remote team with high accountability 3. Knowledge of DeFi market structure and basic products (borrow/lend, AMM, perpetual futures, etc.) 4. Passion for decentralized finance and high confidence in the future of on-chain order books 5. Web experience: Typescript, React, UX deployment, Cloud Compute services 6. Back-end experience: Smart contract language (Rust, Move, and/or Solidity), SQL database, Websockets/REST APIs 7. Strong portfolio of work experience, including DeFi projects
