Responsibilities - Formulate the annual work plan and objectives of human resources in line with the company's internationalization strategies, coordinate resources and budget to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's strategy; - Recruitment and orientation, payroll, MPF and insurance, onboarding/offboarding processing and benefits; - Improve and implement the company's human resource management system, optimize workflow, coordinate recruitment, performance, training, remuneration and talent development; - Promote the building of an international team, enhance efficiency of the organization, develop and disseminate corporate culture and coordinate the efficient operation of the global team; - Office administration and logistical support, such as office rental and daily management, reception, office supplies procurement, staff event organization, visa processing, CEO itinerary, etc.
Requirements - Familiar with the financial industry, experiences in global team building and management; - Familiar with HR related laws, regulations and policies; - Knowledge or experience in Blockchain & WEB3 is a plus; - Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English; - A strong sense of responsibility; good interpersonal skills; organizational and coordination skills; communication skills and the ability to solve complicated problems.
