1. Source and schedule guests, staying up-to-date on industry news and trends to identify untapped potential for exceptional stories. 2. Plan and research episodes, creating deep-dive briefings and questions for podcast hosts before recordings. 3. Craft content post-production using tools like Descript to refine our content and ensure it meets our quality standards. You’ll listen to ALOT of podcasts. 4. Work with editors and designers to produce engaging content 5. Write descriptions, timestamps, and titles to engage viewers and drive downloads 6. Work with the marketing team and promote our podcasts through social media channels like Twitter and other platforms. 7. Track analytics across the network to bolster growth and audience retention. 8. Manage our podcast sponsors, lead sponsor kickoff calls, write sponsor copy and develop sponsor reports. 9. Lead the creative development and launch of new Blockworks podcasts to grow our network. 10. Support our conference content for live panels and events.
