职位描述： 1、负责 Web3 交易所平台整体规划，结合去中心化特性，梳理创新交易流程、功能架构，撰写清晰产品文档，保障产品从 0 到 1 搭建与持续迭代。 2、对接内外部，收集交易用户、合规团队、技术团队需求，精准甄别核心诉求，转化为产品特性与优化点，排定优先级推进。 3、协调研发、设计、测试多团队，制定项目计划与里程碑，紧盯进度，解决跨部门协作难题，保障产品按时上线与稳定更新。 4、关注 Web3 同行竞品，剖析其业务模式、产品亮点与不足，为自家产品找差异化竞争优势。 5、收集反馈，洞察用户痛点，优化界面交互、交易效率、资产安全保障机制，提升平台易用性与满意度。 Job Description: 1. Responsible for the overall planning of a Web3 exchange platform. Design innovative trading processes and functional architecture based on decentralization principles, write clear product documentation, and ensure the product is built and iterated from 0 to 1. 2. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including trading users, compliance teams, and technical teams, to collect and accurately identify core needs. Translate these needs into product features and optimizations, prioritize tasks, and drive execution. 3. Coordinate multiple teams, including development, design, and testing, to establish project plans and milestones, closely monitor progress, resolve cross-department collaboration issues, and ensure timely product launches and stable updates. 4. Stay updated on Web3 competitors, analyze their business models, product strengths, and weaknesses, and identify unique competitive advantages for our platform. 5. Gather user feedback, identify pain points, optimize UI/UX, enhance trading efficiency, and improve asset security mechanisms to boost platform usability and user satisfaction.
职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融相关专业优先，熟悉区块链、Web3 底层原理。 2、3年以上产品管理经验，必须有加密货币或中心化项目经验。 3、熟练运用产品管理工具，数据敏感度高，具备优秀沟通协调与抗压能力，拥抱行业快速变化。 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or Finance. Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 fundamentals. 2. At least 3 years of product management experience, with mandatory experience in cryptocurrency or centralized projects. 3. Proficient in product management tools, highly data-driven, excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to the fast-changing industry.
