Product Designer (UI/UX), Senior - As an early member of our design team, you will lead the construction of the overall user experience from research to design. - You will be responsible for mapping clear user flows, wireframes and prototypes to aid internal workshops and user testing. - You will help define our design guidelines and draft compelling copy across all our surface areas – product to website. - You will be working to design a no-code builder that can be used to compose a broad array of member experiences – from quests to member discovery. - You will craft intuitive end-user interfaces that delight. - You will also outline backend dashboards to visualize data and insights that lead to clear action.
- Enjoys thinking from the user perspective. You're interested in the idea of sharing early prototypes with users and tracking usage to gauge success. - 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, wireframing, prototyping and research methods - Bachelor’s degree in visual design, or equivalent certification in UI/UX - Mastery of design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma - Fluency in English and good at communicating, both on the technical and personal level - Experience on product design teams at product-led SaaS companies (bonus)
