职位描述

1. 开拓并管理合约交易业务渠道,确保月度业绩目标的达成; 2. 招募区域内代理商,经纪人渠道,合作方,KOL,完成业绩考核; 3. 维护客户关系,挖掘用户需求,提供定制化服务; 4. 分析市场趋势,提供决策支持,并拓展区域销售渠道; 5. 组织区域市场目标用户活动,提升用户活跃度。 1. Develop and manage contract trading channels to achieve monthly performance targets. 2. Recruit agents, partners, and KOLs ; 3. Maintain customer relationships, identify user needs, and provide customized services. 4. Analyze market trends, offer decision-making support, and expand regional sales channels. 5. Organize activities for target users in the regional market to boost user engagement.

职位要求

职位要求: 1. 拥有印度、东南亚、日韩、欧洲或中东等本地资源; 2. 拥有招商代理或KOL等相关资源,有同岗位工作经验1年以上优先; 3. 具备良好的沟通、谈判与关系维护能力。 1. Must possess local resources in India, Southeast Asia, Europe or the Middle East . 2. Have related resources such as agents or KOLs, with over 1 year of experience in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship maintenance skills.
