We are looking for Blockchain Backend Engineers to build and optimize backend systems that integrate with multiple blockchain networks and protocols. Candidates should be experienced backend developers with a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, and ideally with exposure to blockchain data parsing or protocol-level integration. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services that integrate with various blockchain nodes and protocols. Build reliable APIs and SDKs to support core products (wallet, swap, yield, fiat on/off ramp). Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience in high-load, production environments. Conduct code reviews and enforce development quality standards. [Blockchain Focus] Design and optimize components for parsing, indexing, and reconciling blockchain data (transactions, events, blocks). [For Senior Candidates] Drive architectural improvements and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies. Strong coding skills in Go (primary), with experience in Rust, Java, or similar backend languages. Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus, nodes, cryptography, event logs). Experience integrating with blockchain RPCs, WebSocket APIs, and related infrastructure. Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous message queues. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. [For Senior Candidates] 3+ years in backend or blockchain development. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience building blockchain explorers, indexing services, or data integration pipelines. Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Tron, or similar ecosystems. Knowledge of databases (Postgres, RocksDB, Timescale, etc.) and performance tuning. Proficiency with GitHub workflows, including Actions, PR reviews, and Security best practices. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
