Job Overview We are looking for a Blockchain DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our production services. In addition to core DevOps responsibilities, you will also operate and integrate blockchain nodes as part of the platform, ensuring they seamlessly support our products. Key Responsibilities Own service reliability: define/track SLIs/SLOs and drive improvements across critical services. Build automation and internal tools (e.g., in Go/Python) for deployment, rollbacks, configuration, and fleet operations. Evolve CI/CD pipelines (canary, blue-green, progressive delivery) to ensure safe and efficient releases. Implement and maintain observability(metrics, logs, traces with Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry) and set actionable alerting. Lead/participate in incident response, RCA, and postmortems; improve resilience against recurrence. Conduct capacity planning and performance engineering for high-throughput, low-latency workloads. Collaborate with Security on secrets/key management (Vault, KMS, HSM) and infrastructure hardening. Operate and monitor blockchain full nodes and RPC services as part of the platform; plan upgrades and integrations with production.
Solid Linux +Kubernetes experience; strong DevOps/SRE background with a software engineering mindset. Proficiency with containers, CI/CD tooling, and Infrastructure-as-Code(Terraform, Helm). Programming skills for automation/tooling (Go preferred; Python acceptable). Understanding of networking, distributed systems, and microservice patterns. Familiarity with blockchain nodes(Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, etc.) and their operational requirements. Strong debugging skills, ownership mentality, and cross-team communication. [For Senior Candidates] At least 3 years DevOps/SRE experience supporting production systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating validator nodes or participating in staking environments. Background in incident management, runbooks, and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with databases, caches, and MQs (Postgres, Redis, Kafka). Knowledge of networking and security hardening(TLS, firewalls, DDoS mitigation). Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
