We are looking for Infrastructure Development Engineers responsible fordesigning, building, and optimizing the core infrastructure that powers ourbackend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience ingateway development, monitoring and observability systems, performanceoptimization, and microservice architectures. You will work closely withbackend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure the scalability,reliability, and efffficiency of our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure components such asgateways, monitoring/observability layers, and service meshes. Develop scalable microservices and optimize service-to-servicecommunication. Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure highservice availability. Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimizationacross distributed services. Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust,production-ready infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues with a focus onreliability and scalability. Participate in code reviews, enforce infrastructure best practices, andcontribute to technical documentation.
Proficiency in Go, with additional experience in Rust or C++ for high-performance system development. Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, andsystem design principles. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g.,Prometheus, Grafana, Opentelemetry). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex infrastructureissues.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Excellent teamwork and communication skills. [For Senior Candidates] Minimum of 3 years of infrastructure or backenddevelopment experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and performanceoptimization at scale.Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code(Github Actions, Terraform, Helm) as part of the development workflow. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes),with a focus on developer productivity and service scalability. Experience developing or extending API gateways, reverse proxies, orload balancers. Blockchain-native development experience is a strong plus (e.g., buildingservices that interact directly with blockchain nodes, parsing on-chaindata, or integrating smart contract calls into backend systems). Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
