职位要求

What We Are Looking For You should have strong English skills, able to use English as a working language and confidently engage with clients and institutions in Europe and other English-speaking countries. At the same time, we expect you to have one of the following experiences: 1）1–3 years of BD experience in the digital asset industry (e.g., exchanges, asset management firms, DeFi projects, etc.); 2）BD experience with European/North American institutions, HNW clients, or overseas funds, with an intention to transition into digital asset asset management. You should also have: 1）Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; 2）The ability to independently drive business in a fast-paced international environment; 3）Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and goal orientation. 福利待遇

During the probation period, you will receive subsidies for social welfare and insurance. Full social insurance coverage (including commercial insurance) and housing fund contributions will be provided upon confirmation of employment.
