岗位名：马来西亚/土耳其 KOL BD Position：Malaysia/Turkish KOL BD 1. 发现并建立当地KOL以及其他潜在合作伙伴的关系，在目标市场（马来西亚/土耳其）推广MEXC，实现用户增长。 2. 作为MEXC的代表，与KOL和营销渠道保持良好关系，实现长期合作 3. 负责KOL营销策略的执行和绩效，跟踪和分析渠道合作效果，并做出调整，确保最佳绩效和最大投资回报率。 4. 及时了解当地行业发展趋势和竞争对手动向，并制定相应的行动策略 1. Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote MEXC and drive user growth in Malaysia/Turkey. 2. Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels as MEXC’s representative, fostering long-term cooperation. 3. Execute and monitor KOL marketing strategies, track performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum ROI. 4. Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor activities, and propose corresponding strategies.
1. 对马来西亚/土耳其地区的加密货币市场有深入了解。 2. 本科及以上学历或具备相关资质。 3. 熟悉 Telegram、Twitter 及其他主流的马来西亚/土耳其加密社区者优先。 4. 具备优秀的内外部沟通能力，较强的问题解决和学习能力，能够洞察行业及竞争对手动态。 5. 马来西亚 BD 需精通英语和中文普通话；土耳其 BD 需精通土耳其语和英语。 1. Deep understanding of the crypto market in Malaysia/Turkey region. 2. Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications. 3. Familiarity with Telegram, Twitter, and other mainstream Malaysia/Turkey crypto communities is a plus. 4. Excellent internal and external communication skills; strong problem-solving and learning ability; capable of gaining insights into industry and competitor developments. 5. For Malaysia BD, fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese is required; For Turkish BD, fluent in Turkish and English is required.
