1. Proactively develop, lead, grow, and execute all areas of the People function for our growing organization including: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, Organizational, and Performance Management 2. Define and implement key programs and processes for human resourcing, compensation, training and development, employee relations, and retention 3. Develop end-to-end recruitment process including role kick-offs, sourcing, candidate management, interviewing, feedback, and offer process 4. Champion cross-functional collaboration with Accounting/Finance, external recruiting agencies, and hiring managers to ensure the successful management, onboarding, and offboarding of employees 5. Develop manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, as well as coaching organizational leaders and managers 6. Process payroll, conduct record management, and provide functional support for new employee incentive and bonus programs 7. Foster and champion a strong culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence in a remote-first environment
1. 5+ years experience in HR and/or Talent functions 2. Experience in tech startup and remote-first and distributed environments 3. Ability to act independently in fast-paced, high-growth organizations 4. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 5. Experience and demonstrated success working cross-functionally with executive leadership and hiring managers across business, product, and engineering teams 6. An extremely high attention to detail and the ability to remain organized across simultaneous active projects 7. European or East Coast U.S. based location preferred
