1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business, and Operations, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. 2. Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent within the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems through direct sourcing, networking, and participation in industry events/communities 3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates, utilizing market mapping to stay ahead of hiring needs in a fast-evolving global market.  4. Act as a Talent Partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practices to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.  5. Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience that reflects ApeX Protocol's commitment to innovation and user-centricity. 6. Contribute to internal HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, refining recruitment workflows, and utilizing data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

职位要求

1. 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a high-growth fintech, Web3, or leading tech company. Junior candidates with exceptional potential and a strong track record of results will also be considered. 2. Strong familiarity with the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, a genuine passion for decentralized finance (DeFi) is highly preferred.  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders globally. Professional fluency in a second language (Chinese, Spanish, Russian, German, French, Arabic) will be an advantage for candidate selection.  4. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.  5. Proficiency in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools.  6. Active engagement in regional recruiting networks and Web3 jobseeker communities. 7. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
