Role Overview As a Business Development Specialist, you will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing key partners such as KOLs, affiliates, and trading communities. You will follow a structured sales and BD process, covering the full lifecycle from lead generation to partnership activation. This role is suitable for candidates who are execution-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated, and who are willing to grow in a fast-paced and challenging BD environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to potential KOLs, agents, and affiliates in assigned regions Follow internal SOPs to manage the full BD pipeline from first contact to campaign go-live Coordinate referral link setup, promotional asset distribution, and KPI tracking with internal teams Participate in regular BD training sessions and performance reviews Support senior BD team members with campaigns and partner management Achieve the first successful partnership within 30–45 days Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin (required for training and internal coordination) 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client-facing roles Strong ability to handle early-stage BD challenges, including cold outreach, repeated follow-ups, and slow initial conversion Emotionally stable, highly rational, and able to think critically, stay focused, and execute consistently under pressure Comfortable with repetitive work cycles and continuous optimization during the KOL sourcing and onboarding phase Strong self-learning ability, especially when adapting to new products, workflows, and SOP Familiarity with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate marketing is a plus Strong interest in cryptocurrency, trading, or Web3 is preferred Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, advertising, or performance-based sales is a bonus
