We have the product, we have the license, and we have the marketing lead. Now, we need The Hunter to bring in the revenue. What You Will Sell: 1. Turnkey White-label App: A "Business-in-a-Box" for entrepreneurs launching their own crypto bank. 2. Embedded Widget: A low-code fiat on/off-ramp for existing platforms. 3. TPLW Liquidity Engine: A proprietary model allowing partners to monetize their own idle inventory (High-margin differentiator). Your Mission: 1. Hunt & Close: This is an individual contributor role first. You will build the pipeline from scratch and close the first 10-15 enterprise deals. 2. Define the Playbook: You aren't just following a script; you are writing it. You will define our pricing negotiation strategy and sales cycle. 3. Scale: Prove the model, hit the revenue targets, and then build the sales team under you.
1. Experience: 3-5+ years in high-ticket B2B Sales (SaaS, Fintech, or Crypto Infrastructure). You must have closed deals >$10k ACV. 2. Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for inbound leads. You are comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and handling rejection. 3. Domain Knowledge: You understand the difference between a Custodial Wallet and a Non-Custodial Wallet. You know what "Liquidity" means. 4. Language: Native or C2 level English is non-negotiable. 5. Bonus: Existing rolodex of Fintech founders, Neo-bank executives, or Crypto Exchange operators.
