职位要求

Requirements 任职要求 - Proven experience hiring technical roles within a centralised crypto exchange environment 具备中心化交易所技术岗位招聘经验 - Strong familiarity with Chinese CEX technical talent landscape 熟悉中国 CEX 技术人才市场结构 - Mandarin Chinese fluency is required 必须精通普通话 - Deep understanding of crypto exchange architecture and technical systems 深入理解交易所技术架构与系统模块 - Ability to evaluate technical depth beyond keyword matching 具备技术判断能力,不局限于关键词匹配 - Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Telegram, crypto communities, and industry networks 具备强大的技术人才搜寻能力,熟悉 LinkedIn、Telegram 及行业社区 - Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment 能够适应快速发展的创业环境 - Dubai based preferred, remote candidates will be considered 优先考虑迪拜本地候选人,亦接受远程办公 Preferred Qualifications 加分项 - Existing network within crypto exchanges 拥有加密交易所技术人脉资源 - Experience hiring for high performance trading systems or matching engines 有高性能交易系统或撮合引擎相关招聘经验 - Understanding of futures trading systems and exchange risk systems 了解合约交易系统及交易所风控架构
