We provide multi-currency IBANs, OTC crypto-fiat rails, digital asset custody, payments, and card solutions for corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth clients. With regulatory footprints in ADGM (UAE), Europe, and beyond, Klickl empowers clients to seamlessly operate across both fiat and blockchain rails. Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in building relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Financial Institutions (FIs). The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and brings an existing portfolio of clients across Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. This role is crucial to Klickl’s growth trajectory, driving new partnerships, onboarding financial partners, and expanding transaction flows globally. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with PSPs, FIs, and ecosystem partners in both Web2 and Web3 spaces. 2. Leverage an existing portfolio of institutional and corporate clients to accelerate Klickl’s market penetration. 3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets. 4. Structure partnership models (e.g., IBAN introductions, FX/OTC flows, card programs, payment rails) tailored to partner needs. 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions. 6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting payment institutions and digital assets. 7. Represent Klickl at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings across global markets. 8. Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 2. 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets. 3. Proven track record of exceeding sales and partnership targets. 4. Established portfolio of PSP and/or FI clients, with demonstrable revenue generation history. 5. Deep understanding of both traditional financial services (Web2) and digital assets/crypto (Web3). 6. Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, OTC trading, custody, or payment gateways is highly advantageous. 7. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. 8.
