5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Institutional Coverage within Finance or Fintech. Strong Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations and data latency with confidence. Cultural Competence: Experience navigating the nuances of both Western and Asian markets (Mandarin fluency is a massive plus for Singapore-based roles). Nice to Have Direct experience in "Poaching" or migrating liquidity/data providers from legacy systems to decentralized protocols. Background in Quantitative Trading or Prime Brokerage. A strong presence in the DeFi community and an understanding of oracle mechanics.
