To support this growth, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Community Moderator from Latin America who is passionate about crypto and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and moderate YEX’s Spanish-speaking communities (mainly Telegram). - Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide accurate support. - Organize and assist community campaigns (AMAs, giveaways, events). - Collect user feedback and report insights to internal teams. Requirements: - Native or fluent Spanish, and English can be working language for internal communication. - Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and exchange products. - Prior experience in crypto community management, preferably in CEX platforms. - Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently.
