Drive user acquisition and transaction growth through targeted channel operations and data-driven resource allocation. 5. Develop and implement user growth strategies to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the user lifecycle. 6. Build and enhance data analysis frameworks to track operational metrics and continuously optimize performance. 7. 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in web3 or crypto industry operations, preferably with overseas market exposure. 3. Solid understanding of social media operations, content marketing, and user growth strategies. 4. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis. 5. Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to perform under pressure. 6.
