Requirements: - NATIVE Spanish AND/OR Portuguese speaker. - Good spoken and written English skills. - Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and exchange products. - Prior experience in crypto community management, preferably within centralized exchange (CEX) platforms. - Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Manage and moderate YEX’s Spanish and Portuguese-speaking communities, primarily on Telegram. - Respond promptly to user inquiries, providing accurate and helpful support. - Organize and assist with community campaigns, including AMAs, giveaways, and events. - Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve products and engagement.
