Job Title： Social Media and Community Operations - Vietnam Job Summary As a vital part of Deepcoin’s global expansion, you will take full ownership of social media and community operations for the Vietnamese market. We are seeking a growth expert who not only understands the logic of the Web3 industry but is also a power user of local Vietnamese platforms such as Zalo, Telegram, and TikTok. Your mission is to drive Deepcoin’s brand awareness and user growth in Vietnam through high-quality content and meticulous community management. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Content Operations: Plan and create social media content tailored to Vietnamese culture and context. Translate complex financial products (Spot, Derivatives/Futures) into easy-to-understand tutorials or news. Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok), including copywriting, publishing, and engagement. 2. Community Management & Growth: Oversee the daily maintenance of Deepcoin’s official Vietnamese communities (Telegram, Zalo, Facebook Groups, etc.). Moderate community atmosphere, answer user queries, and handle negative feedback promptly. Establish and maintain an active, healthy community ecosystem while protecting the brand's reputation. 3. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and implement online/offline activities (e.g., AMAs, Trading Competitions, Airdrops) based on Vietnamese traditional festivals and industry hot topics. Track campaign data and optimize performance for maximum ROI. 4. KOL & Partner Maintenance: Assist in screening, developing, and maintaining relationships with local Vietnamese crypto KOLs, media outlets, and partners to co-execute brand promotions. 5. Market Insights: Monitor Vietnamese crypto market trends, competitor moves, and user feedback. Provide regular market analysis reports to offer suggestions for product optimization and branding strategies.
1. Language Background: Native Vietnamese or native-level fluency in Vietnamese. English or Chinese must be proficient enough to serve as a working language for communication with the global team. 2. Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media or community operations within the Web3/Fintech/Crypto industry. Familiarity with exchange mechanisms, DeFi, or derivatives trading is highly preferred. 3. Tools & Platforms: Deep understanding of the operational logic of Telegram, Zalo, Discord, and Facebook. Familiar with various management bots and anti-spam tools. Well-versed in the culture and "slang" of the local Vietnamese crypto community. 5. Content Sensitivity: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to capture viral Vietnamese internet memes. Basic image/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are required. 6. Resilience & Execution: Ability to adapt to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market. Must possess a strong sense of responsibility and rapid response capabilities. 7. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and expression skills with a strong service mindset to build trust with users. Advantage 1. Existing resources or a background as a community leader/KOL within the Vietnamese crypto space. 2. Foundational skills in visual design (Figma or PS) or advanced video editing. 3. Proven track record of successful localization for Tier-1 exchanges (CEX) or trending Web3 projects. 4. Deep understanding of Perpetual Contracts, Derivatives, and Spot trading. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize strategies through data retrospectives.
