职位描述

1、Actively respond to user inquiries, complaints and problems in the omni-channel, and provide timely and effective solutions. 2、Understand and master the product knowledge of Web3 virtual digital bank card, and provide users with accurate usage guidance and service support. 3、Track and record user feedback, timely feedback and assist related departments to solve technical problems and system failures. 4、Actively promote the improvement of user satisfaction and customer loyalty, and establish a good user relationship. 5、Assist the marketing team to provide marketing and product improvement recommendations through the insight of user needs.

职位要求

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, computer science, marketing or related is preferred. 2、Familiar with the basic concepts of Web3 technology, blockchain and digital assets, and have a certain understanding of virtual digital bank cards. 3、Excellent communication skills and service awareness, able to effectively solve user problems and needs. 4、Team player, able to work closely with different departments to drive problem solving and service optimization. 5、Have strong strain capacity and pressure resistance, can maintain a positive attitude under high pressure.
