**Responsibilities:** 1. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ideate and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experiences. 2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. 3. Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and leverage these insights to optimize interfaces and develop new designs. 4. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards specific to the Web3 landscape. 5. Translate complex Web3 concepts into intuitive and accessible user interfaces. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience. 3. Proven UI experience with a strong design portfolio. 4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. 5. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. 6. Experience conducting user research and testing. 7. Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry is a plus. 8.
