Company website: www.2mrlabs.com Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our tech team in Web3 industry. As the CTO, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our technology strategy and roadmap, as well as leading the engineering and product teams. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap -Lead and mentor the engineering and product teams -Work with the leadership team to identify and evaluate new technologies and opportunities -Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors - Develop and manage the company's technology budget and resources -Ensure that the company's technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and resilient -Continuously evaluate and improve the company's technology processes and practices -Communicate technical information and updates to the rest of the organization
Requirements: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field -5-10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in Web3 -Experience in developing and implementing technology strategy and roadmaps; and at least 2 years of large-scale internet related experience, at least 1 year of team management experience, preferably in the finance and notarization industries; -Strong technical skills and knowledge of Web3 technologies and tools -Experience in leading and mentoring engineering and product teams -Having a deep professional technical foundation, proficient in Java EE related technologies, familiar with open source frameworks such as Spring, iBatis, Hibernate, and SpringMVC; -Familiar with languages such as Go and Python; Familiar with common distributed high concurrency and high-performance design, coding, and performance tuning. -Familiar with large-scale internet application architecture and system architecture, with in-depth research in at least two technologies such as distributed caching, message queuing, big data -processing, and remote invocation. Familiar with at least three technologies in Mongodb, Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, and Dubbo, and have practical experience. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills -Fluent English communication skill Working hours 9:00am-6:00pm There will be a probationary window of at least 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months. Assessments will be scheduled during the probationary window and suitable candidates will be offered full-time positions.
