硬性要求：经验：具备Web3加密货币交易所商务拓展或销售经验。业绩：过往单月合约交易量不低于3000万美元（申请时需提供可验证证明）。资源：在韩国、德国、东南亚、美国、欧区、中东、CIS、华语等任一地区拥有本地客户或合作伙伴资源。语言：流利英语，及一门目标地区语言（韩语、德语、俄语等）。 Experience: Proven BD/Sales experience in a Web3 crypto exchange. Performance: Verifiable record of $30M+ in monthly futures trading volume (proof required with application). Network: Existing client/partner resources in one target region (South Korea, Germany, SEA, US, EU, MENA, CIS, Chinese language）. Language: Fluency in English + one native language of the target region (Korean, German, Russian).
