You can take a dense technical concept and turn it into something a smart non-expert wants to read Genuine curiosity about crypto and DeFi. You don't need to have shipped marketing in the space, but you've used Jupiter (or similar products), follow the ecosystem, and have opinions about it Comfort with ambiguity and speed. Crypto moves fast; we move faster. You're at home in a remote, async, ship-this-week environment Data literacy. You can read a dashboard, ask the right questions of it, and use what you find to sharpen your work Strong collaborative instincts, you can work with engineers on technical accuracy, designers on creative, and execs on strategic narrative Ability to work independently and figure things out without perfect structure Bonus / Growth Areas Video scripting, storyboarding, or editing Analytics tooling like Dune, Mixpanel, or Amplitude Institutional or fintech marketing experience Running your own content channels, newsletter, or crypto-focused social account Nice to Have A creative eye for video.
